This is a holder and dispenser for paper basket type coffee filters. These filters are used by many common coffee makers and are available in plastic bag packages of 150 and more grouped in bundles of 25. The package is not attractive if left out and the individual filters are difficult to separate and remove. The holder provides a clean and attractive container for countertop use. When one grabs the handle and squeezes, grips inside the holder lift a filter out one at a time for use.
